Our repair service includes:
- 72-hour Turn-around shipment upon receiving your components;
- 1 year limited warranty on all repairs;
- U.P.S. Automatic Return Shipping (A.R.S.) pickup. Absolutely no need to fill out paperwork, period. We FAX A.R.S. labels for your current & future shipments. Box up your repairs and call us. We’ll call U.P.S. and have them picked up. This makes sending in repairs faster and more convenient than ever.
- "Loaner" components (FREE) while your components are being repaired. (Contact us for more details on this program.)
- Ultra-sonic cleaning of all appropriate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and parts. This process removes all foreign debris such as bug infestations, snail, frog, and mucous residues, and light water corrosion damage;
- Application of electrically safe conformal coating. This is a protective shield resistant to environmental contaminants;
- Additional cleaning of all sub-assemblies, including all plastic parts and faceplates;
- Repair or replacement of all failing or failed parts as needed with exact or functionally-equivalent parts;
- Re-assembly, testing and re-calibration of all PCBs to factory specifications.
For an additional charge we include:
- Freight charges to and from your location;
- Repair or replacement of physically damaged parts including, but not limited to: keypads, faceplate membranes, batteries, etc.;
- Repair or replacement of parts suffering from extensive corrosion damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals and/or pest infestations.
