Turf Pride

Turf Pride offers premium and
OEM-style bedknives.

Turf Pride LLC is a new company bringing many years of turf equipment experience and expertise to the industry. Founded and led by Don Cotton, President and CEO, Turf Pride is offering a new combination vertical aerator/dethatcher as one of its first product launches.

Turf Pride also offers a line of OEM-style and premium bedknives to fit major brand greensmowers, and replacement parts for Fairway/Blitzer and Greens King cutting units.

Not content to offer a line of "just another" products, Turf Pride is focused on innovating and improving upon existing designs while offering new levels of performance and reliability.

In the works are a new line of pneumatic reel and bedknife grinders, rotary blade grinders, and a new large area topdresser/fertilizer spreader & all patent pending or applied for.

The rear dethatching reel
1" centers to 0.5" depth.

The front slicing reel.
4" centers to a 2" depth.

The new VSA-21 combination vertical aerator and dethatcher is a true 2-in-1 machine. Two separate rotors for slicing and dethatching are connected via a rocker shaft so as one is raised the other is lowered into place.

The front deep-slicing rotor is equipped with 7.5" diameter, 1/8" thick carbide-tipped blades on 4" centers. They can be adjusted down to a depth of 2".

The rear dethatching roller has 4" diameter, 1/16" thick carbide-tipped blades on 1" centers for shallow (to 1/2") dethatching.

Note: While the VSA-21 offers the capability of performing two separate and distinct slicing/aerifying processes, they are two separate operations.
