In this TurfNet University webinar, "The BugDoc" discussed the differences among the new neonicotinoids, the insects they control and how long these materials remain within the turf environment. He also discussed timing of applications that allow turf managers to control two or more common pest insects with a single application. He also discussed the value of neonicotinoids combined with pyrethroids as well as other unique insecticides such as fipronil and acelepryn.
