The existing nine-hole golf course is located at 6925’ elevation in a remote rural area on the upper Green River 20 miles south of Pinedale, Wyoming. The Golf Course Architect is Carl Thuesen and the par 36, 3652-yard design utilizes the Green River and its tributaries, natural wetlands, irrigation ditches, and 4 ponds to create a unique test of golf that is both challenging and playable for all golfers. The Ranch also includes a Fishing Village, a Riding Arena, and a Children’s Barn along with extensive landscaping at each facility. The Ranch is in the process of constructing an additional nine-holes. Construction began on the ‘Moose 9’ in July 2024 with a projected completion date of November 2025. Pinedale is the gateway to the Wind River Range, Wyoming Range and the Jackson Hole Area, including Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Responsibilities: The 2nd Assistant, under supervision of the Golf Course Project Manager and the Golf Course Superintendent, will be involved in all advanced aspects of golf course construction and establishment of the new 9 holes. The 2nd Assistant will also be involved with the everyday operation of the existing golf course and grounds.
