Position Overview We have two newly updated Service Advisor/Scheduler positions (Level 1) open in our Commercial Equipment Service Department based out of our Charlotte home office. These roles work with our customers, outside mobile service technicians, suppliers and inside team to assist customers with service needs. These positions play a critical role in upholding our reputation for exceeding our customers’ expectations.
