Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service plans and scheduling. Operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle and equipment. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the application of lawn care products. Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices in lawn care.     High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in turfgrass management or related field preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field. Bonus but not nessecary Knowledge of common lawn care products, equipment, and application techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
