What Will You Do? The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales of commercial golf new and pre-owned equipment, golf irrigation sales, parts, financing and protection plans in the Export sales region: Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the rest of the Export region. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships within their respective territory including but not limited to, golf course superintendents, club presidents, board of directors, owners, general managers, club controllers, assistant superintendents, green committee members, equipment managers, spray technicians as well as Wesco Turf vendors. Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers within their territory including but not limited to contractors, irrigation designers, vendors, and golf course architects. To grow and build a successful career with Wesco/Hector Turf, you will be responsible for: Dimensions Territory consists of all golf accounts within their respective territories and regions. Responsible for sales of $12,000,000 - $15,000,000 Customer base consists of existing golf courses; municipal, public and private, as well as any new golf related projects in their respective territories Compensation Package - Base Salary/Bonuses/Other Incentives Base Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 / year Eligible for a companywide bonus that is dependent on the company meeting performance goals.
