The Landscape Install Laborer is responsible for assisting with the installation of landscape projects. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to ensure that landscapes are installed according to design specifications. The Laborer will work under the direction of the Landscape Install Foreman and as part of a team to create high-quality outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare job sites for installation by clearing debris, grading soil, and marking areas according to project plans. Assist with the installation of trees and plant material, digging, banding and staking, installation of landscape edging, mulching, tear out and laying of new sod, tear outs of unwanted landscape material and tree relocations, etc. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus. Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment, such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and small machinery. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing waste, debris, and unused materials. Assist in the final cleanup and detailing of completed projects. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
