Grounds Staff

Worthington Manor is looking to add a full time or part time member to our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have some golf course or landscaping experience. 
Members of our team work 8 hour days Monday-Thursday and 5 hour days each Friday. One weekend morning shift is also required. Schedule can be flexible to what the candidate is able to work 20-40+ hours per week. 

Job tasks include:

Mowing tees, greens, fairways
Rolling greens
Rolling fairways
Mowing rough
Tractor blowing, buffalo blowing, backpack blowing
Raking bunkers
Landscaping
Changing cups
Laying sod
Hand watering
Irrigation troubleshooting

Candidates that have experience with manual transmissions, tractor, or heavy equipment operation will be strongly considered.

All members of the maintenance team are encouraged to play golf and can book tee times through our pro shop at no cost.  Discounts available for food/beverage, clubs, and clothing in professional shop.

Members of the maintenance team enjoy lunch provided by the club Monday-Thursday, uniforms, and a stipend for work boots.
