*Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and coordinating our clients needs to our crews daily.

*Duties*

-Responsible for commercial maintenance project coordination assigned by Vice President or Maintenance Director

-Sales, oversees and manages the installation of commercial maintenance construction projects assigned by Vice President or Maintenance Director

-Coordinating and scheduling material deliveries and Sub Contractor / In House installation crews in coordination with GSA Construction Team.

-Completion of projects, including final walkthroughs and punch list completion for commercial maintenance construction project w/ billing submittal to Maintenance Director.

-Timely submittal of all invoicing at end of project once final project scope is determined by Customer.

-Communicate with GSA Construction Team as to scheduling, deadlines, messaging, etc

-Code and approve all sub-contractor bills on a weekly basis and submit for processing

-Review all commercial contracts to be familiar with contract specific items in order to ensure proper oversight of project

-Photograph Before and After photos for marketing with project overview -coordinate posting with administrative assistant.

-Attend Pre-Bid meetings and punch walks for projects as assigned / required for maintenance turn overs.
