Medinah Country Club is seeking motivated professionals as we begin to prepare for the 2026 President's Cup. 

Medinah Country Club was designed on 550 acres by Tom Bendelow in 1924 and offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals beginning their careers or seeking career advancement. It is comprised of 54 holes: Course 1 was redesigned by Tom Doak in 2012, Course 2 was reconstructed to bring back Tom Bendelow’s original design intent in 2017, and the championship Course 3 was redesigned by Australian architecture firm OCM and opened in 2024. https://www.ocm.golf/

Course 3, a Top 100 club, has been the site of 6 Major Championships and will host the 2026 President’s Cup.  Medinah Country Club offers individuals a unique and exceptional opportunity to work in a learning environment, build a strong career foundation, and offers the opportunity for advancement within the organization.

The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent participates with and contributes to the management team; trains, mentors and monitors staff and interns in chem./fert applications; meets/interfaces with vendors; inventory control; irrigation/water management; winter equipment maintenance and repair; disease scouting; drainage repairs; ensures success of quality playing surfaces.

Educational Requirements

Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Science or related field.

Experience Requirements

Requirements: Excellent employment history; strong work ethic; minimum 2-year Degree in Turf Management or related field; 2 years previous golf course experience; proven ability to work within team atmosphere.
