Assistant Superintendent

Indian Creek Country Club Grounds Department is seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the golf course industry.  The Assistant will work closely with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent and other Assistant Superintendents to facilitate and execute all operations necessary to maintain the expectation of a top 1% golf course.  The Assistant will assist in, but not limited to; course set-up, intensive water management of playing surfaces, monitoring and applying chemical applications, small-scale projects, and all other agronomic practices necessary to maintain championship conditions daily.  Indian Creek Country Club will continue improving upon the current course with small to large-scale projects yearly.  This is a great opportunity to learn and advance while working with a young, highly motivated team.
