Turf Equipment Technician
The Ford Field and River Club Golf Course is a private golf club available for members and their guests only and it was designed by multiple architects, i.e. P.B. Dye, Pete Dye and Tim Liddy. The 18-hole course is located at the Ford Plantation Facility in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and it boasts its 7408 yards of golf from the longest tees for a 72 par. The golf course was re-designed and improved, now featuring wider bunkers and fairways, together with a new irrigation system and improved drainage. The front nine is routed across two hundred and fifty acres of beautiful water lakes, being a tree lined/parkland styled course, while the back features a linksy, more open design, as it crosses the wetlands. The Ford Plantation Golf Club is known as one of the top 7 safe-havens in the United States, or at least that’s what the folks from the Town and Country magazine named this 1800 acres private golfing resort, which sits majestically on the shores of the Ogeechee River.
