Old Sawmill Golf Club, a Tyler Rae design located just 25 minutes outside of Charleston is a brand new highly upscale and very exclusive golf club. The course will be conditioned and managed to the highest industry standards. The Club is founded on 3 pillars, Respect the game and golf course, respect each other and respect the staff! This dynamic design is bringing a boldly crafted golf course that will no doubt be one of the best designs in the low country.  The Club is comprised of a 9-hole short course with large PG known as the "Lumberyard" opening this fall and the 18-hole main course currently under construction with an opening date in Fall 2025.

This is excellent opportunity for individuals to gain experience in construction and grow-in activities.  Grasses to be utilized are Tif-eagle and Tif-tuff bermudagrasses. All to be sprigged beginning May 15th 2025.

This will be a shoulder season Club, and all surfaces will be overseeded from October to June.

Full housing is provided onsite in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom brand new farmhouse on property.
