Windsor is an exclusive, architecturally distinctive private golfing community. Located in Vero Beach along Florida’s Treasure Coast, Windsor is a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other. It features a diverse array of custom oceanfront and village homes. It boasts a links-style 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. In 2019, legendary golf course architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the original designer of Windsor’s golf course, returned to lead a thorough refresh of this prized course.
The Golf Course Maintenance team strives to balance a progressive work schedule within its department. Educational Requirements
2 - 4 year degree in turfgrass management, agronomy or a related field.
Experience Requirements
We are seeking an individual who is serious about advancing within the industry and eager to gain experience in all facets of golf course maintenance. The preferred candidate will be willing to make a positive impact on the organization and help solve challenging situations.
Working with a diverse group of people who are experts in their field, the job responsibilities include the supervision of golf course personnel and daily maintenance of the golf course. The individual will also perform all duties with a focus on exceptional customer service to members and attention to detail.
He/she must be able to obtain a pesticide license within 12 months of employment. The candidate must have the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong vision for pursuing golf course management as a career. Punctuality and dependability are required.
