Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in various types of machinery.
- Conduct inspections on equipment to identify wear and needed repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment problems.
- Install, remove, and replace machinery components as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Relevant certification or associate's degree in mechanics or a related field is a plus.
