Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a California QAL pesticide license within 120 days of hire.
• Water management skills.
• Mathematic, budgetary and computer skills.
• Good attitude.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests, fellow team members, and management.
• Self starter with time management skills.

Essential Functions:

• Operate motorized equipment including riding mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles in a safe manner.
• Understand all aspects of golf course operations.
• Supervising staff members.
• Perform activities including, changing cups, raking bunkers, trash clean up, amongst other tasks.
• Understanding and commitment to environmental management.
