Golf Course Superintendent
About Hidden Valley Country Club
Hidden Valley Country Club is the premier private, family-oriented Country Club nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of the Roanoke Valley. The course designed by renowned golf course architect Dick Wilson opened for play in 1951 and drew immediate acclaim. Its rolling topography and spectacular views are coupled with fair but challenging shot making create an experience that is a joy to play every day.
The entire team is committed to providing members and invited guests with the overall Country Club experience through personal customer service.
We have recently completed an upgrade to the fairway irrigation system, renovated several cart paths, and created forward tees to make the course more accessible. Projects scheduled for the near future include further upgrades to the irrigation system, bunker renovations, and needed repairs to the swimming pool. We are currently in the process of evaluating a structured long-range improvement plan and will continue implementing both long- and short-term upgrades to the course. The superintendent will have significant input into the development, prioritization, and implementation of those projects.
