About Us: Nestled in the heart of Florham Park, Brooklake Country Club is a premier destination known for its lush landscapes and pristine golfing experience. We're looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position: Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of all golf course maintenance operations.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and First Assistant Superintendent to ensure the highest standards of turf care and course conditioning.
• Supervise and train grounds staff, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
• Monitor and assist in manageing irrigation systems and schedule.
• Implement and follow a comprehensive fertilization and pest management program.
• Contribute to the overall aesthetic and environmental excellence of the course.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Certificate in Turf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of golf course maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of agronomic practices and turfgrass management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
