We're excited to invite a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant in Training, where you'll gain hands-on experience and grow in a supportive and fun environment.

Position: Assistant-in-Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily golf course maintenance and operations, ensuring high standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and team to learn and execute agronomic practices.
• Gain practical experience in irrigation management, turf care, and equipment operation.
• Support the team in maintaining the aesthetic and playability of the course.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Passion for golf course management and a desire to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of turfgrass management is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on work and tackle new challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
