Seasonal Intern

The Links at Spanish Bay agronomy team is looking for passionate turfgrass students ready to take their 2025 internship experience to the next level. Work with the latest technology and learn from industry leaders in efficiency and sustainability. Interns will be provided the opportunity to work at all four company golf courses and lodge with their fellow interns in accommodations directly behind the 18th green at Pebble Beach.  Applicants must possess a willingness to learn by doing.

All interns can expect to be involved in all aspects of golf course maintenance. You will gain valuable experience working alongside the management team and experienced greenkeeper crew. Intern responsibilities will include, but are not limited to daily course preparation, mowing of all playing surfaces, chemical application/calibration, irrigation management, project execution, and small crew leadership. Historically, these positions have served as an excellent steppingstone for those interested in advancing to an Assistant-In-Training or Assistant Superintendent role. 2025 Internships will be available starting May 1^st and last 3-6 Months.
