With 40,000-45,000 rounds played annually, Hedingham offers a challenging yet enjoyable layout that caters to golfers of all skill levels. The course features Champion Bermuda greens and 419 Bermuda tees and fairways, complemented by a full range of amenities, including a driving range, practice greens, and a clubhouse with dining options. Dail Golf has recently taken over the management of Plans are underway to enhance course conditions, upgrade facilities, and elevate the overall golfing experience. Responsibilities

·         Inspect, diagnose, and repair golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and other small-engine machinery.

·         Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, blade sharpening, belt adjustments, and hydraulic system servicing.

·         Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, servicing schedules, and parts inventory.

·         Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.

·         Identify and order necessary parts and tools while adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications

·         Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in golf course or landscaping equipment maintenance.

·         Strong knowledge of small engine repair, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

·         Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining equipment at peak performance.

·         Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.

·         Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf course equipment safely.
