Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding lawn care company, seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for our branch in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to not only grow a branch but also to build and develop a supportive team. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth, with the potential for future advancement. Our company prides itself on its rapid growth, with two locations opened in the last five years, each grossing over two million dollars in sales. We anticipate even quicker growth at this location, offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
• Understand all aspects of the company and be heavily involved in marketing during fall and winter and production/service on lawns during spring and summer.
• Direct the sales, service, and administrative function of your branch  to provide quality service to customers and achieve branch performance objectives.
• Maintain profit and loss accountability.
• Develop the team through effective coaching and continuous feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of a lawn care business.
• Experience in sales, service, and administrative functions.
• Ability to provide effective coaching and continuous feedback to team members.
