Landscape Manager

We are a landscape estate management company looking for detail-oriented garden crew members to help grow our team.

Responsibilities include:

-Lead and motivate a landscape management team.

-Help train and evaluate the effectiveness of team members.

-Delegate work efficiently.

-Strong work ethic that can manage time effectively.

-Excellent communication skills with employees and customers.

-Performs landscaping activities with their crew, including hand pruning trees and shrubs, trimming and edging, mowing with a push mower, weed control and attention to detail at properties.

Looking for Professional Individuals who:

- Have a valid Florida Driver’s License in good standing.

- Have a positive attitude and ambition to grow.

- Follow company procedures, meticulous in the detail of their work.

- Can work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.

- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.

- Can operate handheld tools and equipment

- Experience not needed
