Assistant-in-Training

Wianno Club is a private country club overlooking Nantucket Sound on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We are searching for AIT's to join our Turf Management team in 2025. AIT's can expect to be involved in planning, crew management, course set-up, watering, spraying, fertilizing, construction projects, amongst many other things. 

AIT's will work closely with the superintendent, assistant superintendents, mechanic, and irrigation technician to learn all aspects of the turf management department, with the end goal of preparing you to take the next step to assistant superintendent, and eventually superintendent. AIT's will be given the opportunity to manage the crew for a week during the summer to gain experience in the role of an assistant. We welcome all levels of experience and education.
