Position Description:

GreenSight is seeking a full-time, salaried, Service Technician to add to our Southeast team. This position is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual seeking a role that offers variety and growth. Golf course assistant superintendents, sports turf managers, or grounds crew members are encouraged to apply.

This position will provide remote and in-person service to GreenSight customers and their products. This may include but is not limited to, GreenSight drones, Husqvarna Robotics, and Soil Scout soil sensor systems. Remote service may include but is not limited to, troubleshooting errors via phone and/or video chat, email communication between customers and manufacturer support teams, filing and processing warranty claims, etc. In-person support often requires basic hand and power tools to diagnose and repair damaged or faulty parts.

Service technicians are also expected to lead and/or assist with product installations for new customers and assist the sales team with product demonstrations as needed. Travel is a common part of this role, with frequent overnight travel.
