Are you an experienced mechanic looking for a stable, well-compensated position with great benefits? A premier golf club is seeking a Golf Course Mechanic to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of equipment, including rotary and reel mowers, skid loaders, mini excavators, trucks, tractors, and other specialized machinery.

Position Details:

• Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience
• Start Date: Immediate
• Experience: Golf course experience is not required – a 4-month training program will be provided by an experienced technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of equipment used for golf course operations
• Ensure proper grinding and sharpening of reel and rotary mower blades
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel, gas, and electric-powered equipment
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong mechanical skills with experience working on engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, welding and all skills typical of an experienced mechanic
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues efficiently
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn the specifics of golf course equipment
