Marshall's Lawn & Landscape Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lawn Spray Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Lawn Spray Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' lawns by applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products to clients' properties, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of product application and usage.
• Identify and diagnose common lawn issues, such as weeds, pests, and diseases, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service plans and scheduling.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle and equipment.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the application of lawn care products.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices in lawn care.

   

   

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in turfgrass management or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field. Bonus but not nessecary
• Knowledge of common lawn care products, equipment, and application techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
