Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Dispatching Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate supply chain activities, ensure timely product deliveries, manage trucking payroll, and assist the Logistics Manager with dispatching as needed. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional turfgrass and service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with harvest crews, truckers, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Delivery Oversight: Track shipments, address any delivery issues promptly, and communicate with customers regarding delivery statuses.
- Payroll Management: Manage trucking payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for drivers.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance logistics and dispatching processes for increased efficiency.
- Dispatching Support: Assist the Logistics Manager in scheduling and dispatching deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors in Logistics Management or similar field not required but preferred
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or inventory management is preferred
Special Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in dispatching and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or inventory management is preferred
- Professional proficiency in Spanish preferred
