Educational Requirements

Job Requirements
•    Must have a valid driver’s license.
•    Possess or be able to obtain a NC pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
•    Promote a positive relationship within the Agronomy team.  
•    Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.
•    Training of all new employees.
•    Assign and supervise staff on daily tasks and assignments.
•    Assist in fertilizer and pesticide applications and keep proper documentation of all applications. 
•    Provide feedback on daily course maintenance practices, projects, employee evaluations, and the hiring and training of new employees.
•    Assist in irrigation scheduling, maintenance, and repair.
