The Assistant in Training works closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendents mastering the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the turf industry, including staff scheduling and supervision, actively participating and overseeing job performance, and inspecting course conditions on a daily basis.
