I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University, and I am passionate about maintaining high-quality playing surfaces and sports field management. With hands-on experience at venues such as PNC Park with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Huntington Park with the Columbus Clippers, I’ve built strong skills in turf management, field operations, and equipment handling. My experience includes aerification and mowing as well as irrigation maintenance and event setup, with a solid understanding of turfgrass health. While most of my experience has been with baseball fields, I'm excited to expand my skills and learn more about turf management in other areas, like golf courses.
I hold a Turf Management degree from SUNY Delhi, having graduated in 1992. I previously worked as an assistant at Knickerbocker Country Club in New Jersey from 2006 to 2011, where I gained valuable experience in maintaining course conditions and managing turf health.
After taking several years to operate my own martial arts school, which I closed in April, I am now eager to return to my passion for golf course operations. I am excited about the possibility of bringing my skills and experiences back to the industry.
