My name is Trevor Edwards. I currently reside in the Denver Metro area. I am currently the Sports Turf Manager at Infinity Park with the American Raptors Rugby Club. This is the only municipally owned rugby stadium, as well as the top rugby training facility, in the United States. This position is also under the Glendale Public Works department and doubles as a Parks Supervisor position as well. I over see all facets of the management of stadium field as well as our synthetic field. This includes mowing, painting, spraying, scheduling practices, irrigation management, managing trees and shrubs in parks, maintaining synthetic turf field, managing stadium and parks budget, working with multiple vendors/contractors, training new employees, scheduling employees, doing employee reviews, as well as many other things. I have 7+ years in the landscape and sports turf industry including residential/commercial property maintenance, landscape/hardscape installation, golf course maintenance, tree care, and sports turf management. I received a bachelors of science in Environmental Horticulture with a focus in turf management and a minor in business administration from Colorado State University in 2020. I am currently looking to change positions as my current position has a lot of overlap with the utility and streets department and requires me to operate on my own quite often. I am looking to join a team with a more focused horticultural background and/or a passion for sports and plants. I am a hard worker, show up early, strive for good teamwork, like to give back to my community and can perform for a companies bottom line .
