Really enjoyed this; it brought me to reflect on my own management experiences. What my expectations for our staff and management team should strive to achieve. Many of us came up under the whip so to speak. Replacing that whip with a smile or reinforcement of encouragement will motivate individuals to not only join our industry but remain as well.
