Seemingly relentless pressure from golfers for firm and fast conditions has led to an increase in disease pressure on both warm- and cool-season grasses. In this TurfNet University Webinar, Brandon Horvath, Ph.D., of the University of Tennessee discusses some of the diseases affecting both warm- and cool-season turf varieties and how to manage these grasses using cultural and chemical approaches. He also will cover the construction of a fungicide program and will discuss how various programs have performed in field tests at the University of Tennessee.
