2027 Turfgrass Intern

Wianno Club is a historic private country club overlooking the Nantucket Sound on Cape Cod. We are seeking motivated Turfgrass Interns to join our Golf Course Maintenance team for the 2027 season. 

Interns will gain hands-on experience in all areas of golf course maintenance, including course setup, mowing, rolling, equipment operation, irrigation and hand-watering, fertilizer and pesticide applications, crew leadership and scheduling, and various other projects.

Interns will work closely with the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, Equipment Manager, Spray Technician, and Irrigation Technician, learning every aspect of our operation. To prepare for future leadership roles, interns will have the opportunity to lead the crew for one week during the summer, simulating the role of an Assistant Superintendent.
