2nd Assistant Superintendent

Under general supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, participates and assists in supervising all maintenance programs for the golf course. 

Skills and Abilities: 

Working knowledge of the maintenance of golf courses; the planting, cultivating, pruning, and caring for plants, shrubs and trees; the characteristics and proper use of various fertilizers and soil conditioners; integrated pest management methods and materials; drainage control methods; and irrigation system.  Ability to accept and give feedback. Able to take the initiative to solve problems.  Strongly motivated to align and partner with golf course maintenance leadership team to complete all tasks to the highest standard and achieve team goals.
