Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Individual must have the following qualities:

Energetic, detail oriented, clean, neat, innovative thinker and able to adapt well to changing environment

Knowledge of southern turf grasses

Must be computer literate and good with Microsoft word, Excel, etc

Ability to calibrate, operate and maintain spraying and spreading equipment

Maintains inventory of products as well as submitting requisitions for re-stock of materials

Maintains compliance with all local, State and Federal laws pertaining to chemical storage, handling, applications and disposal.

Possession of or ability to obtain Florida Turf and Ornamental pesticide applicators license

Performs other duties as determined by the Golf Course Superintendent

Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holiday’s

Experience handling multi cultural staff
