Bounty Club is 8AM Golf's invitation-only, 18-hole private golf club, officially opened in May 2026. Located just 12 minutes from downtown Nashville on 464 acres of rolling Tennessee farmland, the club features a championship golf course designed by King-Collins, a stunning clubhouse, and world-class amenities.
The property incorporates centuries-old creek systems, rolling meadows, and four elevated vantage points with unobstructed views of the Nashville skyline, creating one of the country's most distinctive private golf experiences.
Following the successful opening of the club and completion of this remarkable new golf course, we are seeking a motivated Assistant in Training (AIT) to join our Agronomy team. Position Overview
The Assistant in Training will work closely with the Director of Agronomy, Golf Course Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendents, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of golf course maintenance and operations. This position provides exposure to irrigation management, fertility programs, pesticide applications, crew leadership, and championship-level course conditioning.
Designed as a developmental role, the AIT position offers a clear pathway for advancement while providing meaningful responsibility and experience that prepares motivated individuals for future leadership roles in golf course management.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of irrigation systems, fertility programs, pesticide applications, and golf course operations.
Tennessee pesticide applicator license, or the ability to obtain one within six months of employment.
Valid Tennessee driver's license.
Understanding of the game of golf and golf course etiquette.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
