Assistant- In- Training- Mason, Ohio

Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent or the Assistant Golf Course Superintendents perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance. 

The assistant-in-training participates in a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance including daily course preparation, mowing, renovations, equipment operation, water management, chemical applications, construction projects, etc.

Heritage Club has recently made massive investments into the golf course and agronomy department with:

-1 year old fleet of Toro equipment

-Completed several master plan projects over the last several years including a greens expansion, complete bunker rebuild, and a new driving range.

-We are currently in the design phase of a new irrigation system and will be looking to complete the install in 2028. Pump house was replaced in 2021.
