As the Assistant Superintendent working under Superintendent and Director of Agronomy, you will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of the golf course or grounds. Working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, you will assist in planning and implementing turf care programs, irrigation systems management, pest control, and equipment maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include supervising grounds staff, ensuring course aesthetics meet the set standards, and promoting efficient resource management. The role demands a strong understanding of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and pest control practices. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
