Assistant Superintendent

You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of golf course properties including the golf course itself, clubhouse grounds, landscaping, open spaces, and the equipment used for maintenance. You will work closely with a team to ensure that the golf course maintains its pristine condition and provides an exceptional experience for members and guests. Your duties will involve planning and implementing landscaping projects, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing equipment inventory, and overseeing the overall aesthetics of the property. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and aid in managing budgets to optimize resources. Your role will be crucial in upholding the quality and reputation of The Club at Chatham Hills. 

• Proven experience in managing golf course properties or similar grounds maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, and equipment maintenance
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Certification or degree in turf management
