Chanticlair Golf Course is seeking a motivated individual for a hybrid Assistant Superintendent / Foreman role.

This is a hands-on position focused on spray applications, turf health, irrigation, and crew leadership. This opportunity offers real upside for someone who wants to grow, take on responsibility, and be part of improving a golf course with long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Spray applications (fertility and plant protectants)
• Monitor turf health, identify stress and disease
• Greens care (watering, syringing, rolling)
• Irrigation operation and water management
• Lead and work alongside grounds crew

Requirements

• Connecticut Pesticide Applicator License (Required)
• Golf course maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of turfgrass and irrigation
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
