In addition to the salary and bonus, CFCS offers a variety of benefits as outlined below.
Medical, Dental and Vision plans with very reasonable employee contributions.
Vacation Leave accrues at a rate equivalent to 10 days per year and increases based on years of service.
Sick Leave accrues at a rate equivalent to 12 days per year.
In addition to vacation and sick leave, CFCS offers 14 paid Holidays per year.
We have a 403B retirement program for staff to participate in and CFCS will begin contributing the equivalent of 6% of your salary to that program after your first full year of service. This is not a matching plan, CFCS will contribute to your plan regardless if you contribute or not. You would be fully vested in 7 years.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of cemetery, landscape, golf maintenance or grounds maintenance experience.

Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
State of California Pesticide Applicators Certificate or abilty to obtain
