Eldorado Country Club is a premier, member-owned private club rich in history and tradition, located at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in Indian Wells, California. Established in 1957 and renovated by Tom Fazio in 2003, Eldorado has hosted the 1959 Ryder Cup and was a longtime venue for the Bob Hope Desert Classic.
The club continues to invest in the golf course, including a new irrigation system installation beginning April 2026, providing a unique opportunity to be directly involved in a major capital project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily crew leadership, scheduling, and training
- Irrigation system management and water optimization
- Pesticide and fertilizer applications (planning and execution)
- Project coordination (irrigation install, summer improvements)
- Budget tracking and operational support
- Equipment and resource management

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (AIT, spray tech, or irrigation tech)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a California Pesticide License within 90 days
• 2- or 4-year degree in turfgrass or related field
