Estimator / Sales & Project Manager

Bushwood is looking for a seasoned sales and operations professional to lead estimating, bidding, and project
management for tree care work at some of the most exclusive golf courses in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina,
and Georgia. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role for someone who knows how to scope a job accurately, win
the bid, and see the work through to a clean handoff in the field. Contract sizes range from $1,000 to $1,000,000, so
you'll move between quick-turn jobs and large, multi-phase projects with equal comfort. You'll also play a key role in
Bushwood's growth: we're opening a fully staffed office in Indiantown, FL next May to support tree work in that
region, and this hire is being brought on now to help lead that expansion.

or a related trade preferred
• A track record of winning and running large-scale service contracts, ideally in a high-end or country club environment
• Comfort quoting and managing a wide range of job sizes, from $1,000 to $1,000,000+
• Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to earn trust from superintendents and club leadership
• Solid project management fundamentals — scheduling, budgeting, crew coordination, and client communication
• Willingness to travel across FL, NC, SC, and GA as needed
• Self-starter who's excited to help build out a new market and grow with the company
contract
• Serve as the primary point of contact for golf course superintendents, grounds directors, and club decision-makers across
FL, NC, SC, and GA
• Oversee project management for awarded jobs, coordinating with crews and ensuring work is delivered on scope, on
time, and on budget
• Travel regionally to visit courses, walk sites, and maintain client relationships
• Help plan and stand up Bushwood's new Indiantown, FL office opening in May, including processes and early
client/project pipeline for that market
• Maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline across active bids and in-progress contracts
