Job Description
• Supervise maintenance staff and assist in all aspects of golf course maintenance
• Responsible for training employees and assist in daily planning and scheduling
• Fertilizer and chemical applications and record keeping
• Irrigation programming, repairs and recording daily water usage
Education
• Preferred minimum of two-year turfgrass certificate
• Pesticide license preferred or ability to acquire within 180 days of employment
Experience Preferred
• Preferable experience with bentgrass greens
• A basic knowledge of all aspects of golf course maintenance including irrigation repairs, golf course set up and ability to operate all maintenance equipment
Personal Expectations

• Attention to detail and able to complete tasks
• Positive attitude with ability to lead maintenance staff
• Dependable, punctual and hard working
