Working closely with the Superintendent and Senior Assistant Superintendent, the First Assistant will play an integral role in the daily execution of championship-caliber agronomy. This leadership structure provides a strong foundation for mentorship while allowing for meaningful involvement in decision-making and day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be actively engaged in staff leadership, daily course conditioning, chemical and fertility programs, and moisture management. This role is well suited for an individual who is ready to take on increased responsibility while continuing to develop within a high-expectation, team-oriented environment.

Diamond Creek is an exclusive, 18-hole Tom Fazio design located in the mountain town of Banner Elk, North Carolina.
