Job Description:

General Summary: Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the overall quality and financial success of a varied portfolio of assigned maintenance clients.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides and maintains exceptional customer service
• Generates repeat revenue for the company from existing clients
• Manages process flow to ensure financial goals are met
• Performs physical property inspections to ensure quality
• Assists with billing
• Other duties as assigned
