The Colts Neck Golf and Country Club is seeking a experienced, knowledgeable superintendent who can build upon the strong foundation while guiding into the next chapter of agronomic planning, team development and infrastructure evaluation to provide continuous course improvement. The golf course superintendent will oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance, operations, including agronomic planning, turf grass management, irrigation and water management, budgeting, equipment management, daily course presentation and team leadership.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a golf course superintendent in a high end semi-private/ private golf course. Must have excellent crew managerial skills, strong understanding of golf course maintenance, irrigation, water management and allocation, budgeting,strong attention to detail and pride in daily course presentation.
Strong work ethic with ability to direct and communicate with staff and provide leadership and effective time management.

Educational Requirements
Must have 2 year / preferable 4 year degree in turf management, horticulture, agronomy or related field
